Because everyone cannot believe that we really have 6 kids, we have come to the realization that we are so very proud of our amazing and beautiful children, and are not ashamed to tell everyone that we have 6 great kids! So 6 kids, plus Mom and Dad makes "8 Taylors"!

Sad Day
This is Cole with the dogs the day he returned home from his mission.
Okay you can chalk up another 5 or 6 trials to add to my list. It seems like everyday something hits our family like a brick, and today was no exception. We have 2 dogs, Ruger who is a brittney spaniel and Keesha who is a Akita. Ruger is the oldest, we got him when he was only 6 weeks old, Scott actually saved his life when he was born, he is now 14 years old. We got Keesha at about 8 weeks old, and have had her for over 13 years. Both of these dogs are great, they are a part of the family. The last few years Ruger's health hasn't been that great, he is deaf and has arthritis, and he has mini seizures once in a while, so Cole really thought he might not be here when he got home from his mission. They both were doing good, but this morning when Scott got up, he looked out our window and saw Keesha laying on the ground out by her kennel, he could tell immediatley that she was gone. He went out to check on her, and yes she had passed away sometime in the night. There were no signs as to why she died, so this made it so very hard. The kids had a really hard time going to school, and we all shed many tears today. Cole and Jen and been here for the weekend, so Scott had Trent and Cole go dig a grave for her on our property. This was very hard on Cole, he is so passionate about those dogs, and gives them the most attention out of all of us. He worries too, as we all do about Ruger, and how he will handle her being gone. After they buried her, Cole had to head back to Mesa to work. He had a hard time leaving Ruger, and just kept telling us to keep an eye on him, to make sure he was eating and drinking. We all wonder if Ruger will be around much longer now that his best friend is gone. He has been whining and crying all day, it is the saddest thing to watch him wonder around sniffing the air and looking for her. I don't think I can stand to watch him be so sad. We really thought he would be the first to go because he was the one who has been in bad health. We still don't know what really happened to Keesha, but this family will really miss her. She was the most loving, sweet, funny dog. She will always have a special place in our family!
Nat, that's so sad! I'm soooo sorry for all you guys are going through. Dogs are hard they become such a part of your family. It's awful to lose them. At this point things have to get better for ya. Keep your chin up. Love ya
Oh man I'm so sad for you! Keesha was an awesome dog! Tell Bryn that we said Happy Birthday and that we love her! That is to cute about her and sterlin! Can't wait to see you guys!
sooo sooo sad! I am so sorry--for REAL, about the trials. Sometimes God calms the storm, but sometimes he lets the storm rage and calms his child! Hang in there-Love you guys!
I'm so sorry about your dog! That is so hard! Our family has lost their share of dogs too, as you know, and it's always so sad. I wish we were coming for Thanksgiving, but we're doing it with John's fam. :( But I hope you guys have a fun one. Love ya, Tiffany
Scott and I were married on May 3, 1984. We met thru a cousin of mine while in Mesa. Scott was working down there, just recently home from his mission. I was attending MCC (well sort of)I should say "playing at MCC". We began dating and about 6 weeks later he asked me to marry him. Twenty Four years later we have grown by 6 children, 2 dogs, and Own a Waste Hauling business, "S. Taylor & Sons Hauling, Inc." Between our 6 children, our business and church callings we are almost too busy to breath! I love my life, I have the most handsome, loving, affectionate, and hard working husband, and 6 of the Greatest, most awesome kids in the world! Truly my family is my life, and I love every minute of being a Mommy and a wife.
Trenton is #1, he came to us after several years praying very hard and trying lots of fertility treatments to have a baby. He was the very best baby, always had a smile, to show off that big dimple. He is very much the oldest child, loves to give orders, and keep things in order. Trent is our quiet son who loves to be at home more than any other place, his faith and testimony have never waivered, he loves the gospel. He is currently working for us, and we couldn't manage without his help and hard work.
Cole Webb
Coley Oley O
Cole also known as "Coley" is our 2nd born son, he and Trent are only 13 months apart, and I didn't think I would make it through Cole's 1st 2 years. He was a very hard baby, but when he was happy, he was sooo happy. Cole is the peacemaker in our family, always looking out for the underdog, and willing to do whatever it takes to make everyone around him happy and comfortable. His love of people is an awesome characteristic, and a mission has always been his #1 focus. He is on a Mission now, serving in the Manchester England Mission, we are counting down the days only 51 from today till we get to see his beautiful smile again.
Jentry Ann
Our Princess Jen
Jenner Penner Poop A Nenner
Jen is our angel child, I don't mean to brag, but after her 1st three months of colick, she has been the perfect child. Always willing to do whatever is asked of her, not always cheerfully, but did it. Has never given us reason to worry or question her ability to make good choices. She went thru a tomboy stage, which really worried me, but that was short lived, and has been a REAL girly, girl ever since. She loves to have a good time, not afraid of anything, in fact for her 18th birthday she went sky diving for her present. She loves her friends, and loves to have a good time whatever the situation. Her motto..."You can choose to be miserable or you can choose to be happy!" She truly is mostly happy! What am I going to do without my best friend when she leaves in a week. Jen is my right arm and leg. Her younger siblings are going to go thru withdrawals when she is gone. She deserves the name "princess" in our eyes!
Crue Reeves
handsome boy
Cruebee doobie doo
Crue is the beginning of our 2nd set of kids,(we sort of have 2 sets of kids) there are almost 10 years between he and Jen. 6 years of infertility treatments, lots of money, and prayers, Crue made all of the heartache and tears worth every minute. He is a very special young man, he loves the Savior, every chance he gets, he loves to ask questions about Heavenly Fathers plan and his purpose here on earth. He is very smart, he is at the top of his class in reading and math, and works really hard in school. He is very tender hearted, makes friends easily, and is such a big help in our family. He also loves to play sports, especially football. We hope he will be the athele of our family, since he plays almost every sport available to kids. He is tells us all the time that he can't wait to go on his mission so he can tell everyone about the gospel, he can't understand why people don't want to listen. Crue is a valiant spirit!
Brynley Jenae
Drama child
Brynee Boo
Brynley is our dramatic child, she will and has been the trial of my life at the moment. Very stubborn, and determined to get whatever it is she has her heart set on. She gives us fits at home because she never gives up! But.... Her teachers and coaches ask us all the time " Is Brynley always so happy and well behaved?" We just laugh and are grateful she is so good when she's out in public. Brynley is a very loving, sweet little girl, she loves to give hugs and kisses, and is her little sisters very best friend. She too, always looks out for other children around her who are unhappy or who may be different. She makes friends very easily, and is our social butterfly. The world is just not fair if she can't have a friend over to play everyday! Bryn is a beautiful daughter and someday we will be grateful that she is so determined!
Kashley Brielle
Our Little Caboose
Kash Kash
Surprise, surprise that's what Kashley was!! We thought we were done, but what a beautiful blessing she has turned out to be. A playmate for her older sister and a little side kick for her biggest sister. Kashley has brought so much joy and laughter to our home. She always has the funniest things to say, and do. Playing with her stuffed animals, and caring around her back pack stuffed full of her favorite things, umbrella, raincoat, stuffed animals and dresses that are her favorite to wear at the moment. She loves her older sister Jen, they play together all the time, and have their little secret handshakes they do that are so cute. Kashley may be going to live with Jen in Mesa, I don't know if she will be able to handle Jen being gone, she will miss her terribly. Kash was a surprise, but the best surprise in all the world this family would ever wish for.
